Hi guys!
I actually have a rather long backlog of posts, but bumped this one right to the top because it’s..
Valentines’ Day~! <3

I’m using a different hand pose from my usual posts because I habitually did my Konad stamping with the design oriented cuticle-up. Hehe. So the ribbon would have been upside down if I did my usual hand pose!

I used 2 coats OPI My Very First Knockwurst as a base colour on all my nails. Knockwurst is a lovely shade of nudish pink, with a creamy and self-levelling formula! Because it dries so fast, this polish is ideal as glitter undies, and for nail art bases. I might need a backup of this!
I haven’t really attempted this kinda skitlettes mani, but I was feeling really inspired by all the gorgeous manis on Instagram!
Here’s a closer look at each design:

This design is on all my index and pinkie fingernails, and was stamped with China Glaze 2030, using Konad plate M73.

This design is on my ring finger and thumb nails. I layered OPI The Man With The Golden Gun before stamping with CG 2030, using Konad plate M59.
And of course, I am now unable to live without glitter.

I layered 1 coat Rainbow Honey XOXO for a glitter accent on my middle fingernails. And no, the heart decal isn’t part of the design – I added that to cover up the awful shrinkage that Seche Vite caused D:
But back to the glitter – XOXO boasts a beautiful iridescent fleck finish!
I can see why so many people love doing skitlettes manis – it’s super fun to do and look at! (Plus it helps me shrink my untrieds pile, sshhhh.)
Have a lovely Valentines’ Day! (:
Live long and polish!
P.S. My SO and I don’t really bother celebrating Valentines’ Day – everything is too overpriced for something that can be celebrated on the other 364 days of the year :p I thought it’d be fun to do a Vday mani, though!

haha, live long n polish. And explore new frontiers in polish!
hahaha yep! bravely go where no man will ever dare to go :p
